Kinstretch With Dr. Jen is for those looking to improve their mobility so they can discover physical freedom.

Why Kinstretch With Dr. Jen?

We take care of our bodies is so many great ways. Yet, unfortuntely, taking care of our joints is often forgotten.

General exercise & lifting weights aren’t enough to prioritize our joint health – if they were, I wouldn’t see so many active adults & weightlifters in my physical therapy office with nagging joint aches, pains, and injuries.

Whether you’re looking to overcome a long-standing injury/ache/pain, or you simply want to move better, Kinstretch is the solution. In Kinstretch, we utilize joint-specific exercises to improve our joint health, enhance our ranges of motion, improve our body control/mobility, and build physical resiliency.

With a consistent Kinstretch practice, you’ll feel better physically, move better in all aspects of your life, and finally feel confident in your body.

What To Expect From Kinstretch:

Through a consistent Kinstretch practice, you will improve your movement capacity, improve your joints’ range of motion, improve your body control & awareness, improve your physical performance, improve your strength, increase your neurological function, prevent/mitigate injury, and rehab current injuries/aches/pains.

Once you sign-up, you’ll receive immediate access to our Kinstretch With Dr. Jen membership portal where you can take the guess-work out of your mobility training and follow along with pre-recorded Kinstretch classes of your choice.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is KINSTRETCH different than CARs?

Kinstretch uses several types of mobility training exercises within a class setting. Each Kinstretch class focuses on improving body control, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion (mobility).

One of the types of mobility training exercises utilized within a Kinstretch class is CARs (“controlled articular rotations”). CARs are joint-specific exercises utilized to maintain/improve joint health.

Why do I need Kinstretch?

We take care of our bodies is so many great ways – we brush & floss our teeth to keep our teeth and gums healthy; we eat well to stay nourished; we lift weights to maintain our strength & build strong bones; we perform cardiovascular exercise for cardiorespiratory health; we prioritize our sleep; and many of us even prioritize our mental health.

But what are we doing for our joints to keep them healthy?

General exercise & lifting weights aren’t enough to keep our joints healthy – if they were, I wouldn’t see so many active adults & weightlifters in my physical therapy office with nagging joint aches, pains, and injuries.

In Kinstretch, we utilize joint-specific exercises to improve our joint health, enhance our ranges of motion, improve our body control/mobility, and build physical resiliency.

By training our joints and prioritizing our mobility, we can mitigate aches/pains/injuries, improve our movement quality so we can move however we want, and simply have a higher quality of life.

What makes your Kinstretch membership different than the others?

Most Kinstretch memberships are created by “movement elitists” with other movement elitists in mind. In other words, most Kinstretch memberships are far too fancy and advanced for the general population.

As a physical therapist, I designed Kinstretch With Dr. Jen with the general population in mind. I understand what the majority of people need to work on mobility-wise and program accordingly (Hint: it’s not the super fancy things you see on social media – it’s the basics of mobility training that everyone neglects.).

Are your Kinstretch classes live?

No, all of the content and classes are pre-recorded.

This allows you to access the content at anytime and perform the classes whenever is convenient for you. You get access to everything immediately after signing up.

How much does the Kinstretch membership cost?

The program is $59.99 per month.

Is the billing recurring?

Yes, billing recurs automatically every month.

You have the ability to cancel your membership on your own within the membership portal at any time.

Can I do this program in addition to lifting?

Absolutely! In fact, this is what I recommend doing.

Kinstretch is not meant to replace weight lifting or cardio training – it’s designed to supplement it. I highly recommend integrating a Kinstretch practice into your current training regimen – it will help you do the things you’re already doing better.

How many classes should I do per week?

This depends on your goals and your current training regimen. Some students perform only 1 class per week, while other students perform 3-4 classes per week.

If your schedule allows, you could perform a class every day. If you want to become a movement master, you need to dedicate the time for it.

For beginners, I recommend performing CARs daily and 1-2 classes per week specific to your goals.

I have nagging injuries/pains - is this program for me?

Many students begin a Kinstretch practice because they’re in pain, have past injuries that haven’t fully resolved, or have mobility limitations causing them issues. A lot of these students see their complaints disappear with a consistent practice. In fact, many of these students report back that they feel better & stronger than ever after beginning Kinstretch.

What equipment do I need?

There’s no “required” equipment for Kinstretch, but ideally you’ll have:

  • 2 yoga blocks
  • 2 tennis balls
  • A yoga mat (if your flooring isn’t comfortable enough)
  • A broomstick, PVC pipe, or Stick Mobility stick.

If you don’t have access to this equipment, you can easily modify the exercises/movements on your own as needed.
