Hi, I’m Jen.

I am passionate about empowering women with knowledge on how to care for their bodies. 

I am a physical therapist and strength & conditioning specialist. I love flexing, lifting, spending time with my hubby & pup in the sun, eating burgers, & drinking wine.

It is my mission to empower women with knowledge about caring for their bodies. So they can operate from a place of nourishment, not punishment. And so they can thrive, both in the gym & beyond.

Training doesn’t have to suck or be complicated to be effective. It is possible to be healthy without being obsessive. Fitness should add more to your life than it takes.
