The workouts in this program are the exact workouts Dr. Jen uses to train herself and uses when training her clients at Movement Upgraded. They are highly efficient at maximizing strength and athletic goals, and really enhance your ability to do all your other activities better, while keeping you as injury-free as possible.

Printable PDF Workout Logs

All workouts will be available for download and/or print in the private Facebook group. They will also be sent via email on the 1st of each month for those who don’t want to partake in the Facebook group.


Exercise Videos

You will receive exercise video demonstrations for each full-body workout. Video links will be included in your downloadable PDF.

Live Coaching Calls

Dr. Jen will host a live coaching call weekly within the private Facebook group. Topics will cover all things related to living a strong, healthy life. These coaching calls are optional.
