Dr. Jen is a physical therapist and strength coach. She knows the struggle of failed attempts at cultivating a healthy lifestyle and staying consistent in the gym.

It wasn’t until she left the elliptical machine and began lifting heavier weights following science-based training principles that she saw results that she had been searching for over the years.

Stronger You Training Program Overview:

  • 12 weeks of programming
  • 3 phases, each 4 weeks in duration
  • Customizable schedule with 60-minute training sessions

Dr. Jen designed this program sepcifically with minimal equipment. Most gyms (even apartment gyms!) should have everything required.

Equipment required:

  • Dumbbells
  • Kettlebells
  • Resistance bands (mini band, theraband, monster band)
  • BFR straps
  • Lat-pulldown machine
  • Pull-up bar
  • Cable machine
  • Adjustable exercise bench
  • Physioball
  • Cardio equipment

Exercise substitutions can easily be made if you do not have all the available equipment.

Is this a recurring payment or a one-time payment?

This is a one-time payment. You get LIFETIME ACCESS to this program after purchasing. Start the program whenever you’d like and repeat it down the road again if you want! It’s all up to you, since you get to keep it forever.

Who is this program for?

This program is for everyone, regardless of experience. It’s a great program for those who want to learn to lift weights, as well as those who are experienced but want to try something different! How long are the workouts in this program?

These workouts are customizable to your current time constraints. If you follow the entire plan, the workouts will be about 1 hour long.

What if I need exercise modifications?

With lifetime access to the program, you will get lifetime access to requesting modifications from Dr. Jen. Simply email with any requests for modifications due to pain, injuries, etc. EVERYTHING is modifiable, so don’t push yourself through something causing you pain!

What if I have never done any strength training before?

Then this program is perfect for you! While it can be scary to try new things, the reward outweighs any fear you may feel. Few things will give you the confidence that learning to weight train will. You will also have access to training video demonstrations for every exercise, as well as training tips to make sure you feel more confident. This program will give you an amazing foundation and prepare your body to pursue any other training goal you may be interested in!

This program was created by Dr. Jen, a doctor of physical therapy and certified strength coach with over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry. This program is designed to help you build muscle, while minimizing the likelihood of pain and injury with adherence to basic science and evidence-based principles.

Everyone has different schedules, so included in this program are different options to optimize the time you have available for training!

Coaching Notes for Each Workout

Tips and guidelines are included to help you not only avoid pain and injury, but to also help you optimize your strength gains over these 12 weeks!

7 Metabolic Workouts

Access to 7 optional workouts that are 30 minutes or less. Lifetime access means you can bookmark these for any days you are short on time, but need to get your sweat on!

3 Unique Training Phases

Dr. Jen designed this program in 3 phases, each a little more challenging and progressed than the phase before it, so you can optimize your results and progressively overload your body over a 12-week period!

Nutritional Guidelines

Included in the program are 3 pages of nutritional information to help you calculate your caloric intake and macronutrient breakdown for your goals, as well as a chart to help you choose the best foods to optimize your health!

Glute Burners

This program also has a unique focus on glute training, with various techniques and approaches to help you grow your glutes, including a variety of glute-specific exercises and finishers!

Daily Mobility Routine

Not only are you getting a 12-week training program, but you are also getting access to the best full-body mobility routine with a video demonstration to keep your joints healthy for the rest of your life!
