Whether you’re new to lifting and healthy eating, or you’ve been a yo-yo dieter and program-hopper for 20 years, I will help you identify your next steps, uncover your current barriers, and provide you with the insight you need to get moving and grooving. Wine with Jen is a laid-back, hour-long, action-oriented coaching call that will provide you with a strategic plan to help you take immediate action. You are capable of more than you ever imagined and you deserve to tap into your true power.

$147 for the 1-hr long call. That’s it. You pay. Then we set up the meeting. Then we do the thing where we chat over a glass of wine, or a cup of coffee if it’s in the am, or whatever you prefer. And then you get a follow up email with everything we covered and any resources you need. That simple.
What to Expect
All the effort I have to give. I will listen. I will ask questions. I will advise. We will work together to create solutions, but in the end, it’s up to you to implement. I don’t sugar coat things, but I do love to joke around a little, so we of course there will be fun involved too.
This is a 1-hr coaching session with Dr. Jen via video where you will have your questions answered, get some guidance, and learn how to get out of your own way.
Dr. Jen will listen to your struggles, guide you in the right direction, and assist you in creating some actionable steps to help you become a stronger, more resilient version of yourself. You will receive an email follow-up with an outline of the session, along with any resources or guidance necessary to help you get some clarity and take the next step.
Topics include, but are not limited to: health struggles, lifting questions, confidence, mobility, healthy eating, trusting your body, intuitive eating, staying consistent with taking care of yourself, and so much more!
