Simply Strong Training program
For women who want to maximize their time in the gym without stress and overwhelm. Get strong and keep things as simple as possible.
This is an online monthly strength training program for women of any phase and fitness level who want to stay healthy and strong. The training program is created by Dr. Jen, a physical therapist and personal trainer, with emphasis on exercises that will carry over to your daily activities and keep you healthy as you age.
In addition to the training program, you will have unlimited access to Dr. Jen via a private Facebook group and optional live weekly coaching calls filled with education on optimizing your health, learning to trust your body, mindset, and everything in between.
Get strong, maximize your time in the gym, eliminate overwhelm and stress of not knowing what to do in the gym , and have support (if you want) from Dr. Jen and an awesome community every step of the way.
1-On-1 Coaching With Dr. Jen
For women who struggle to cultivate a healthy lifestyle and feel that they have tried everything. If you feel frustrated, stuck, and hopeless with your attempts to be healthy and still enjoy your life, this is for you.
Dr. Jen will work closely with you to help you set goals, identify your struggles, and create a plan to address what is holding you back. She will help you stay accountable and modify the plan as needed with weekly check-ins.
Gain clarity, learn, and tackle the deeper BS that is keeping you from staying consistent and prioritizing your health.
Dr. Jen will help simplify healthy habits for you to eliminate your stress and overwhelm, so you can be the badass you were meant to be.
Stronger You Program
For women who are looking to take their strength training to the next level, build muscle, gain confidence, and become strong AF!
Stronger You is a 12-week on-your-own training program to help you focus your energy on creating a strong body with some juicy muscle. Created by a someone who truly understands science and how the body works, Stronger You is not another cookie-cutter program. It is strategic and based on scientific principles.
Strength training is magical. Not only will it help you put on muscle, but it will also help you grow your comfort zone beyond what you think is possible. Your confidence will soar and you will begin to do things you didn’t know you were capable of. Plus, no more stress about trying to figure out what to do in the gym!

For women who are feeling stuck, powerless, and frustrated in their attempts to cultivate a strong, healthy life. For women who feel blocked and are unable to determine the next step in or need insight and guidance with cultivating healthy habits. For women feeling overwhelmed with information and don’t know where to start.
This is a 1-hr coaching session with Dr. Jen via video where you will have your questions answered, get some guidance, and learn how to get out of your own way. Dr. Jen will listen to your struggles, guide you in the right direction, and assist you in creating some actionable steps to help you become a stronger, more resilient version of yourself. You will receive an email follow-up with an outline of the session, along with any resources or guidance necessary to help you get some clarity and take the next step.
Topics include but are not limited to: health struggles, lifting questions, confidence, becoming a physical therapist, mobility, healthy eating, trusting your body, intuitive eating, staying consistent with taking care of yourself, and so much more!
