LONGEVITY LAB
You're piling mobility work on top of a program that was never built to fit your body in the first place. It doesn't have to be this hard. Grab Your SpotLongevity Lab is for lifters whose bodies don’t respond like everyone else’s.
It’s where you stop piling random mobility drills on top of a program that wasn’t built for your body in the first place, and start training in a way that actually matches how your body moves, adapts, and recovers.
This isn't another lifting program that treats mobility like an afterthought you're supposed to squeeze in on your own.
It’s not a bunch of flowy stretches you forget by week two or more of the same basic low level drills that sound good in theory but still leave you tweaking your back every other month.
And it’s definitely not another program that assumes your body works like everyone else’s, leaving you to figure out the gaps on your own.
Longevity Lab is strength + mobility built together from the ground up, designed for bodies that need more patience and more nuance than most fitness includes.
You know you need mobility work. But trying to fit it on top of your lifting feels like a full-time job, and even when you do it, it doesn’t stick.
That’s because you’re adding mobility to a program that doesn’t account for how your body functions.
Longevity Lab fixes that. Strength and mobility aren’t separate things you’re trying to balance. They’re built together, so you’re not constantly juggling, guessing, or playing it safe just to avoid another injury.
This program puts it all together for you:
👉 lifts that build sustainable strength
👉 mobility that actually translates
👉 and programming that blends the two seamlessly.

Is Longevity Lab Right for You?
✅ Your body doesn’t respond like everyone else’s. Your back or shoulder tweaks on programs that ‘should’ work. You recover slower. You can’t just ‘push through’ without consequences. And you’re tired of programs that assume all bodies work the same way.
✅ You know you need mobility work, but trying to fit it on top of your lifting is tough. You’re either inconsistent with it, or you’re doing it but it’s not translating to your training.
✅ You’re tired of feeling like your body is always one step behind. You want to train in a way that builds strength AND keeps your joints healthy, not one at the expense of the other.
✅ You’re done piling random drills on top of a program that wasn’t built for your body. You want something cohesive, sustainable, and designed for how you actually move and recover.

Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Dr. Jen Hosler, physical therapist, strength coach, and someone who’s been through the frustration of chronic stiffness, nagging injuries, and workouts that start taking more than they give.
I created Longevity Lab because I have a body like yours.
I spent years following programs that ‘should’ have worked, lifting alongside my husband, doing the same plan, working just as hard, and ending up with tweaks and aches while he got stronger with no issues.
In DPT school, my professors couldn’t explain the weird body things that showed up for me in our labs. In fitness classes, I felt like a burden because I always had trouble implementing cues.
I know what it’s like to feel like your body is the problem. To wonder if you’re just not disciplined enough, not trying hard enough, not doing it right.
But the thing you need to know is that your body isn’t the problem. The program is.
Most programs assume everyone adapts the same way and has the same movement foundation. But if you have a sensitive, high-maintenance body that needs more patience, more nuance, and more attention, those programs were never going to work for you.
Longevity Lab is the program I wish I’d had 10 years ago. It’s built for bodies like ours, bodies that don’t respond like everyone else’s, but can absolutely get stronger, move better, and train consistently when the program actually fits how we work.
“I’ve already seen great results like not having back pain from standing or dancing along to a very long (but awesome) Taylor Swift concert and being able to start dancing. But l’ve also found I have less fear when it comes to trying new movements.”

Choose Your Support Level
If your body doesn’t respond like everyone else’s, you can’t always see your own missing links.
Coaching is how we catch the compensations, the patterns, and the gaps you’ve been training around for years without realizing it.
Whether it’s your spine helping too much when the exercise is hip-focused, or your shoulders feeling pinchy in one of the exercises, these are the things that keep you stuck even when you’re ‘doing everything right.’
That’s the difference between feeling a bit better… and finally moving in a way you didn’t think was possible anymore.
